The unit is compact and light weight with a table top ease of operation. It comes with a 300mm diameter projection screen with a 90 degree cross hair line and chart holders. The projection screen is graduated to 360 degrees with vernier reading of 6 minutes. Profile projection light source is a 24V/150W halogen lamp.
The profile projector has a double oblique light source for surface illumination. It also has two adjustable dichroic reflector lamps 12V/100W. A hand wheel does manual focusing. The objective lenses are high quality glass. Optical distortion is below 0.15%. Standard magnification is 10x, with optional 20x, 50x and 100x. Measurements can be taken with manual or digital micrometers. It has optional work tables for micrometer heads and for linear scales. The profile projector unit is cooled by a quiet fan. System comes with operating instruction manual. There is an optional cabinet base metal stand. Hard steel balls provide long life and smooth movement in longitudinal and transverse slides. The profile projectors have high resolution objective lenses designed for different profile projection under telecentric illumination to minimize residual distortion to 0.1%. The basic profile projection instrument is supplied with 10x, in a multi-element coated projection lens. The objective lenses are easily interchanged. The projection accuracy is +/- 0.1 percent in contour illumination and +/- 0.15 percent in surface illumination.

Provides accurae 2D measurement for all common geometric features such as circle, lines, angies and etc, All measured results can be printed or transferred to computer for futher processing. EP-1 optical profile projector is designed for all circital dimensions measurement in mould $ die making, form tools making, screw manfactring, gear manufacturing and etc. Contructed with top class components and under high standard of workmanship, IP-1 achieves very high measurement accuracy, the axial measurement accuracy is (3+L/100)um, where Lis the measured length in mm : the total contour distortion is less than 0.08%. Hihg quality lighting $ optical system provides brilliant images of expectional quality, EP-1 equipped with ES-8P 1um resolution high accuracy measuring system which provides comprehensive & easy to use geometric measuerement functions.
